I'm not much of a fan of Tonks - only because i believe she could have been much better and further developed - still she must have been one of the coolest-looking hp characters and i wanted to draw her with a punk-ish 80s haircut.And 80s earring.Jem-and-the-Holograms style. 
Not Natalia Tena at all - she's really cool and all but i don't like her as Tonks.
