Edit: Just posting front and back side together. :Hufflepuff:

Finally the next of my bookmarks featuring the four founders, Helga Hufflepuff, the way i imagined her while reading the books so please no "she's supposed to look like this or that".
Only the front side for now because i can't bring myself to do more of those black and yellow patterns for the back. I will update it when the back is also done, with the quote and everything.

You can see the finished Ravenclaw here ->…
And all four of them ->…
And in sketch ->…
When they're all done they'll be available for sale as a set (or separately).

Pencil, watercolours and white acrylic / 7 x 20 cm.

The details of her dress, hair and cup are great, but what I love the most is her face: I think you've captured perfectly the warm, caring spirit of Helga - just as you did with Ravenclaw's founder, I LOVE how you can express all those different aspects in your portraits!
I also like the colours here, Hufflepuff's combination is a little risky if you use bold yellow, but the almost pastel tones you've chosen make it easier to look for a long time and helps to enhace the founder's character.

Oh, and I understand that you couldn't do more of those patterns... last April my friends and I made a Harry Potter theme party and I was in charge of the decorations (my sister Alba and Olga made a superb Hogwarts cake :heart:), so I had to paint the shields of Hogwarts and the Four Houses, and make a lot of pennants for each House too... it was exhausting T__T but it worthed it xD
